Provider Terms

These terms apply to businesses applying to join or carrying out work through Ryver.

Independent business

You operate as an independent business and are responsible for your tax, staff, equipment, methods of work and legal/regulatory obligations. Nothing creates employment, worker status, partnership or agency except where the law requires otherwise.

Eligibility and information

You must provide accurate application information and maintain appropriate insurance, licences, registrations and qualifications for every service you accept. You must promptly tell Ryver if any relevant approval expires, is suspended or changes.

Jobs and customer information

Only accept work you are competent and legally permitted to perform. Customer details and property media are confidential and may be used only to assess, perform and document the relevant Ryver job. Do not retain, publish or use them for unrelated marketing.

Price, variations and payment

The provider payment shown for an offer is the basis on which you accept it. Do not seek additional payment directly from a Ryver customer for the booked scope. Necessary variations or additional work must be raised through Ryver and agreed before being treated as chargeable.

Standards and evidence

Work must be performed with reasonable care and skill, safely, professionally and in accordance with applicable law, manufacturer instructions and trade requirements. Where requested, provide progress/completion evidence and cooperate with customer sign-off.

Complaints, refunds and remedial work

You must cooperate promptly with genuine complaints and disputes. Ryver may investigate evidence, pause or adjust payouts, require reasonable remedial action, or take other proportionate steps permitted by the provider arrangement and applicable law.

Platform integrity

Do not misuse customer data, manipulate reviews, circumvent Ryver to avoid agreed platform charges on a Ryver-introduced booking, submit false evidence, or compromise the security of the service. Ryver may suspend or remove access where necessary to protect customers or the marketplace.

Changes

The terms accepted with an application or relevant continued participation apply subject to any changes lawfully notified by Ryver. Material changes should be communicated before they take effect.
